Shayma AlRedha is a strategic technology executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. As Director of Data & Cognitive Services at du, she leads the integration of artificial intelligence and cognitive computing into core technology operations, enabling scalable, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure.

Prior to joining du, Shayma spent 12 years at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, where she led major AI and digitalization programs aligned with the UAE government’s vision, strengthening national digital resilience and governance. She later brought this depth of expertise to du in her current role, where she plays a key role in aligning complex technical architectures with enterprise data and operational strategies, embedding AI-driven initiatives into the operations ecosystem.

A distinguished national academic achiever, Shayma holds an MBA with Excellence and Honors from the British University in Dubai and was honored by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for academic excellence.
