Bashar leads Nokia’s IP-networks consulting systems engineering in the Middle-East region.
Bashar provides network architecture consulting for network-services providers and mission-critical enterprises and cloud-services providers. He delivers best-practice IP-network designs and evolution proposals to optimize the delivery of cloud, enterprise-VPN, and multi-play services; with automation  & assurance.
Bashar has more than 25 years of international experience in IP/MPLS networks within research, product development, and technical consulting roles. He has authored numerous papers and more than fifteen patents in the field of telecommunications.  Bashar holds Master’s degree in Telecommunication Innovation Management from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
