Benoit Leridon is a global Business Development Director at Nokia, responsible for Transport sector including rail, road and aviation. In his role he is deeply involved in customer projects in the strategy and pre-sales phase, to understand customer applications and requirements in order to define the proper solution for the evolution of their network infrastructures towards a  modern platform facilitating digitalization of operations. In his previous role, Benoit was managing a team of presales engineers in Europe Middle East and Africa, focusing on the Mission Critical markets transformation towards IP/MPLS. Benoit has 30 years of telecom pre-sales background covering enterprise and carrier markets for data, and voice solutions, and has joined Alcatel-Lucent in 2010 after holding different pre-sales management positions in companies such as Wellfleet, Bay Networks and Nortel.
