Esa Vesterinen is a Principal at Detecon, leading the Autonomous Networks Consulting Area, where he supports telecommunications providers in their digital transformation towards AI-driven autonomous networks by strategic advisory on value capture, software stack evolution, leveraging AI, and evolving operating models for advanced analytics and data-driven closed-loop operations. Before joining Detecon, Esa led business development for customer experience analytics and closed-loop automation solutions at Elisa, a leading Finnish telecommunications company, and he holds a Master’s degree in telecommunications from Tampere University of Technology.
